When can I stop by the office?

Our office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Stop by on Saturdays between 8:00 am an 6:00 pm. Schedule an appointment for Mondays.


What are the access hours?

Our office is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.


How long is your lease term?

Our units are available on a month-to-month basis. There’s no long-term commitment.


What documentation do I need?

All you need to get started is a valid government issued ID, such as as driver’s license, military of state ID.


How soon can I move in?

It depends on availability and your specific needs but we typically have a variety of available spaces at any given time. Give us a call to discuss your needs and we can let you know what we have open.


How do I make payments?

You have a few options to make your monthly payments. You’re able to pay your bill in person, by mail with a check or money order or make your payments online through our website. To make your payments much easier, sign up for autopay online. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.


How do I access my storage unit?

When you rent with us, you’ll be given a personal and private code that allows you to enter the storage facility during access hours.


Do you have boxes and supplies available for purchase?

Stop by the office during business hours to get what you need. Everything is available to you at a great price.


Do I need my own lock?

Yes, you’ll need to place a lock on your unit. Speak with our on site manager to discuss which locks are best to ensure maximum security.


How do I know how much space I need?

You can always rely on our staff for assistance. Everyone is trained to advise you with your unit needs. We also have a self storage calculator to figure out how much square footage you’ll need to efficiently store your belongings.


What am I unable to store?

Anything illegal, flammable, toxic, hazardous or perishable. Contact us for a full list of banned items.
